Complet of reflection week 8

On the other day, we
went to Team Academy model at University of Applied Sciences. We had a dialogue
there with two students. They explained to us their school's principles. As
they said, each group of students share one business and they work as a
team. To get their certificate, they
should run the business and in the same time they should meet the coaches ( I
like this name in training ) in the school and make dialogues about the business
with them for many times in scheduled. My opinion this is a good idea that they
learn naturally in the real environment of life. However, I think the risk of
losing much money is very high and in the same time, this way of leaning might
make them knowledgably weak because of that they do not learn many important
subjects such as math and some important languages. So, they should be
theoretical prepared. I learnt new way in education from Team Academy (TIIMI AKATEMIA) in vocation training.
